Lillie Rebecca Davis was born on 10 Jul 1878 in Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina.^{1 2 3} She was the daughter of John Ferguson "Uncle Fox" Davis and Templeton Rebecca Jane Smith. She died on 21 Dec 1968 at the age of 90 in Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina.⁴ Lillie was buried in Elizabeth Baptist Church Cemetery, Mt. Croghan, Chesterfield, South Carolina.
