I could use some help with parties named within this land deed. Questions I have are:
  • Who is Temperance J. Bone?
  • Which Phillip A. Sellers?
  • T. H. Sellers is a witness; Is this Thomas Hardy Sellers and if so who are Thomas Hardy Sellers parents.
  • Who is Sarah Hancock deceased; died prior to Nov 1872?
  • Who is H. H. Hancock witness?
If you have any information about this land deed or the parties named within; please contact me. My e-mail is on the right column of this page , at bottom of page.
